What Is IGtv..?

What is #IGtv? Well.. I’m glad you asked. It’s like YouTube was at its beginning stages. I think it is THE platform that a LOT of us have been waiting for. Especially those of who are afraid to hit the IgLive button! Yeah, that group. I’m the number one “member.” Also, those of us, who were late comers to YouTube, and have been struggling to find our audience there. Many social media influencers and content creators make 6 figure salaries with Google’s YouTube platform, but the market is very heavily saturated, and their  ad revenue, algorithms, have changed significantly, (especially for truther channels) making it increasingly difficult, for smaller channels, to be compensated for their content.

Also, this an opportunity, for those of you/(us) who were also late comers to Instagram and have a smaller follower count. I believe IGTV will afford them an opportunity to reach a wider audience. IG just currently hit 1 billion users!That is an incredible number! IGTV is going to be a HUGE OPPORTUNITY for you, to grow your audience, your influence, your brand, your business, and your ministry. 

​My advice is to jump on growing your channel or channels NOW! Dom't procrastinate. Many big brands and businesses are sitting back, waiting, and watching, to see where this is going. I'll tell you where it's going..straight to the top! Don’t let THIS ship pass you by too.

Everyone is currently on a level playing field. This is your opportunity to stand out!
And the way to stand out, is to create great content! Be uniquely you. There is no one one who can "do you" like YOU!

Currently, the parameters, enable you to upload, anywhere from 15 seconds to 10 minutes of prerecorded video, for smaller channels, and up to 60 minutes of video, for verified accounts, and those who have larger follower counts. However, Instagram has said that eventually there will be no time limit restrictions.

The video also must be shot in vertical form. The same way you would record a SnapChat video. So if you aren’t used to shooting vertical video...start learning.

There is no word yet on how IGtv will be monetized, or how ad revenue will be structured. But it’s coming.. sooner, rather than, later! So, the time is now to position yourself to get these coins!
