I’m at that age where my mind still thinks I’m 27. But, my body keeps asking, if I’m sure I’m not dead yet! I've undergone reconstructive knee surgery, and recently, spinal fusion surgery. And, a couple of others, that I won't mention. I don't wish to bore you.  But, on most days, my body, makes sure to remind me, of them.

I used electric heating pads, and, the packaged strip pads, for many years. Then, last year, I started making my own natural ones. The electric ones, always made me feel, like the electricity was penetrating through my body. It could just be me. So I switched to the strips, that you just take out of the pack, and velcro, or tape on. However, with those, after a few hours of wearing them, I always felt nauseous.  So I decided, I had to go a more natural route.
