TODAY’S PSA : LIFE ISN’T FAIR!
⠀⠀ I’m at that age where my mind still thinks I’m 27. But, my body keeps asking, if I’m sure I’m not dead yet! I've undergone reconstructive knee surgery, and recently, spinal fusion surgery. And, a couple of others, that I won't mention. I don't wish to bore you. But, on most days, my body, makes sure to remind me, of them. I used electric heating pads, and, the packaged strip pads, for many years. Then, last year, I started making my own natural ones. The electric ones, always made me feel, like the electricity was penetrating through my body. It could just be me. So I switched to the strips, that you just take out of the pack, and velcro, or tape on. However, with those, after a few hours of wearing them, I always felt nauseous. So I decided, I had to go a more natural route.

Stephanie, My Dearly Beloved blue plaid robe, has made the transition from treasure to trash. Let my family tell it, she's BEEN trash. However.. I sincerely beg to differ.
I keep a journal of "gratitudes." Which in itself makes me smile, whenever I re-read pages from past months and years. This is just a short list, of a few things, I'm thankful for everyday, year around. It has always been, what others might consider "the small things" in life, that make me the happiest. What others may take for granted or may not be able to see the blessing in, usually bring me the greatest joy! It never has taken much to make me happy. . So, here’s the short list:
